 WPCNA Officers

The Officers of the WPCNA are elected by a majority vote of the Council at the last meeting of the year, usually in December. Officers serve a one year term, and comprise the Executive Board, which may also include Presidentially appointed members. The By-Laws provide for a President or two Co-Presidents, one or more Vice Presidents, a Secretary, or a Recording Secretary and a Corresponding Secretary, and a Treasurer.
