Its members are the neighborhood associations representing the areas designated on the WPCNA Map and meeting the qualifications described in the By-Laws. If you're interested in joining your local neighborhood association, please consult the Associations page, which shows the contact information for the WPCNA associations, and links for those that have websites.

Attend WPCNA Meetings

Unaffiliated White Plains residents are welcome to attend the WPCNA meetings without obligaton and without charge. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at Education House, 5 Homeside Ln, White Plains, NY 10605. The meetings begin at 7:30 pm, often with a presentation by a guest speaker, and follow a published agenda.

Speak at a Meeting

If you'd like to be a guest speaker, please contact the Program Chairperson listed on the Committees page. If you'd like to address the WPCNA as a concerned citizen, your input will be welcome when your topic is discussed or, for topics not on the Agenda, at the end of the meeting during the Open Forum.
