The WPCNA has both standing committees, which are designated and described in the By-Laws, and Ad Hoc committees created by the Executive Board according to the needs of the Council. Committee Chairs and Members are appointed by the President and confirmed by the Excecutive Board, and are usually, but not necessarily, delegates of their Member Associations.
